Statement of the job: The Retail Sales Supervisor, reporting to the Operations Manager, Retail Services, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the LA Phil retail stores located in Walt Disney Concert Hall and Hollywood Bowl. This includes supervising staff, ensuring a high level of customer engagement and managing store operations. The Retail Supervisor works closely with the Retail Management team to enhance customer experience and maximize revenue.
