Job Description

Retail Sales Supervisors champion customer engagement and oversee front-of-store operations. Your focus will be on increasing sales, conversions, and service, while actively engaging customers to provide comprehensive solutions. You will provide peer coaching and support to the store team to enhance customer service, sales, and conversion rates.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing an exceptional store experience and consultative selling
• Driving sales and merchandising activities
• Leading the team to deliver excellent customer service
• Supporting company initiatives and adapting to changing responsibilities
• Completing daily merchandising and sales tasks
• Assisting with operational duties alongside the GM
• Coaching team members through role-playing and feedback

Minimum Requirements

• Flexible schedule based on store needs
• At least 1+ year experience in retail sales or services
• Strong customer engagement skills
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Experience in team coaching or supervision
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage conflict
• Physical ability to lift/move materials (10-50 pounds), climb ladders, stand, and walk continuously
