Play a key role in helping your store, your team, and your customers succeed by:

  • Connecting with customers and building relationships to provide creative print and marketing solutions
  • Driving customer satisfaction through engagement, quality, and community involvement
  • Coaching associates in exceptional service, consultative selling, and total solutions
  • Performing other duties as assigned with flexibility
  • Leading and developing a team focused on operational excellence, profitable sales, and margin growth
  • Consulting with customers to understand their needs and offering appropriate solutions to increase sales
  • Utilizing Salesforce.com to manage customer relationships proactively

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs

  • Basic computer skills including email, Microsoft Word, and handling electronic files

  • Physical ability to lift/move materials weighing 10-50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand/walk continuously
