Responsibilities:

• Provide peer coaching and support to drive customer service, sales, and conversions
• Focus on delivering an exceptional store experience through consultative selling and total solutions
• Manage weekly sales and merchandising activities
• Perform Floor Leader duties, guiding the team to ensure excellent customer experiences
• Support company initiatives, adapt to changing responsibilities, and perform other duties as assigned
• Maintain an engaging environment and support daily merchandising and sales tasks
• Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the General Manager
• Coach team members on behaviors that promote success through role-playing and feedback

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Flexible schedule based on store needs
• At least 1+ year of retail sales or service experience
• Strong customer engagement skills and understanding of customer needs
• Effective communication, organization, and adaptability
• Experience coaching or supervising teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Conflict management skills
• Integrity regarding customer and business information
• Ability to lift/move materials weighing 10-50 pounds, climb ladders, stand, and walk continuously
