Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to drive customer service, sales, and conversions
• Deliver an exceptional store experience through consultative selling and total solutions
• Manage weekly sales and merchandising activities
• Perform Floor Leader duties, directing team to enhance customer experience
• Support company initiatives and adapt to changing responsibilities
• Maintain an engaging environment and support operational tasks with the GM
• Coach team members on customer service and sales behaviors
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Flexible schedule based on store needs
• At least 1 year of retail sales or service experience
• Strong customer engagement skills
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Experience coaching or supervising teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage conflict
• Integrity in handling customer and business information
• Physical ability to lift/move materials up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand/walk continuously
