Responsibilities include:

• Providing peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion
• Focusing on providing an exceptional store experience, consultative selling, and delivering total solutions to every customer
• Owning weekly sales and merchandising activities
• Performing Floor Leader role, directing the team to deliver a great customer experience
• Championing company initiatives, adapting to change or responsibilities, and performing other duties as assigned
• Remaining available and supporting an engaging environment
• Completing daily merchandising and sales tasks
• Assisting with operational tasks in partnership with the GM
• Peer coaching on behaviors to win, delivering great customer service and results through role playing and feedback

Essential Skills And Experience:

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs
• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services
• Ability and desire to engage with customers and understand their needs
• Effective communication, organization, and adaptability to changing priorities
• Experience coaching a team and supervising others
• Ability to work in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Managing conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner
• Acting with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
