Job summary

PHOENIX is seeking a Retail Sales Associate at the Lynnhaven Mall Express location. The role emphasizes delivering a great customer experience, handling transactions efficiently, and representing the Express brand with professionalism.

Ideal candidates bring 0–2 years in retail, a High School diploma or equivalent, and comfort with iPad POS systems. Availability includes nights and weekends, with opportunities across full- and part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–2 years of relevant retail experience with at least 6 months preferred.
• Proficient with iPad and point-of-sale registers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room and stock room.
• Follow policies to ensure safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launches and SOP-driven changes.
• Provide a great customer experience and deliver on the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Drive credit and loyalty programs by explaining benefits.
• Other essential tasks as directed by supervision.
