Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our Southland Express store to deliver a great in-store experience. You will assist customers, stock shelves, and process transactions while upholding brand standards and store policies.

The role requires comfortable technology use (iPad, registers), strong communication, and a team-oriented attitude; availability nights, weekends, and non-business hours are expected. Cash handling and sales support are core duties.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent
• 0-2 years of relevant job experience
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
• Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours
• Meets physical requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to SOP.
• Provide a Great Customer Experience.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately reducing customer wait time.
• Positively resolve customer service-related issues and escalate when needed.
• Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation.
