Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for Express in Norfolk Premium to deliver a superior in-store shopping experience. You will help with stocking, cleaning, and merchandising while assisting customers throughout their visit.

The role requires strong customer service, basic tech skills (iPad/registers), and availability including nights and weekends. Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication, especially with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launches according to SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues and communicate resolutions to Store Management.
• Drive credit and loyalty programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation.
• Other essential functions as directed by supervisor.
