Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join the Express store at Aurora Mall. You will provide a great in-store experience, assist with stocking and merchandising, and process transactions efficiently to reduce wait times.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, 0–2 years of relevant experience, and comfort with technology like iPads and registers. Availability nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great in-store shopping experience for customers.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise, and store upkeep.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to minimize wait time.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and explain benefits to customers.
• Collaborate with team and follow store policies to ensure safety.
