PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating Express at Charlotte Premium, is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to deliver a welcoming in-store experience for shoppers, assist with stocking and product presentation, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, teamwork, and the ability to handle transactions quickly using iPad and registers; availability includes nights and weekends, with part-time or full-time options depending on store needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience (minimum 6 months).
• Proficient with iPad and point-of-sale systems.
• Availability including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room and stock room.
• Follow company policies to ensure safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes per SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to minimize wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues and communicate resolutions to management.
• Encourage participation in credit and loyalty programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
