Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for the Express Woodland Hills Mall location. The role focuses on delivering a great in-store shopping experience and supporting daily store operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean sales floor, processing transactions, and promoting Express loyalty programs while meeting availability requirements including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant retail experience recommended; ability to learn POS systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Able to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide an in-store shopping experience that is helpful and engaging.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stock areas.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately at the register.
• Promote and explain credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Assist with product launches and adhere to store SOPs.
