Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and six months sales-related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to retail customers, via walk-in, phone or email, and assist with product selection and pricing inquiries.
• Sell company products and related items; provide material estimates and quotes for small packages.
• Enter orders and schedule delivery of products.
• Maintain productivity by planning and pacing work to meet goals.
• Participate in coordinating and conducting customer workshops.
• Handle simple complaints and escalate complex issues to senior staff when needed.
