Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 6 months of sales experience, familiarity with pricing formulas, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent experience.
• Six months of sales-related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of product pricing, discounts, and estimating formulas.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail customers via walk-in, phone, or email with product selection and pricing.
• Provide material estimates and quotes for small packages (stairs, decks, fences, sheds).
• Enter orders and arrange product delivery.
• Support store operations including inventory and housekeeping.
• Handle basic customer inquiries and resolve simple complaints.
