Job summary

ITG Brands, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to drive commitments from retailers, increase stock and shelf presence, and promote company brands. You will develop selling plans, demonstrate product knowledge, and collaborate with division resources to pursue new opportunities.

This role emphasizes strong retailer relationships, regional travel, and achieving sales targets. The position requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and 1+ years in sales; a Bachelor’s degree

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license from residence state.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently.
• Ability to persuade and build retailer commitments.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products, programs, and promotions to retailers.
• Develop selling plans aligned with retailers and company themes.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to market and sell brands.
• Collaborate with divisions to identify sales opportunities.
• Meet retail execution objectives and priorities.
• Develop and maintain strong retail partnerships across assignments.
• Penetrate retailer and consumer insights to align with company strategies.
• Share best practices with the Division Sales Manager and HQ.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
