New Balance in Atlanta is seeking Retail Sales Associates to ensure smooth store operations and deliver exemplary customer service. You will leverage expert product knowledge and the GUEST service model to greet customers, understand needs, educate on features, and close sales.

Responsibilities include fitting customers, sharing promotions, maintaining a neat floor, labeling items, and protecting stock. A flexible weekend/holiday schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• People person with strong communication skills.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.
• Ability to quickly perform basic math.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using the GUEST service model from greeting to closing.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product.
• Inform customers about current promotions.
• Keep the selling floor neatly organized and well stocked.
• Label and price items accurately.
• Protect products by monitoring floor merchandise and reporting issues.
• Follow safety regulations and report accidents or near misses.
