You will engage customers, maintain a clean and organized store, and promote credit and loyalty programs while adhering to all procedures and standards. This role emphasizes strong communication, the ability to multitask, and responsiveness to changing business needs.

• Participates in store recovery and safety programs.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws and company policies.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety awareness.
