Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a friendly team member to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience in a fast-moving store. You’ll engage with customers, follow operating procedures, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers
• Process transactions accurately and follow procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising standards and organize merchandise for sales floor
• Assist in store recovery and safety initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and store policies
• Support shrink reduction goals and programs
• Assist in safety awareness and maintenance of a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
