Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfactory customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining store standards.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and handle cash according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery, safety, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
