Job summary

Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow sales in our store with a focus on technology solutions and exceptional customer service. You’ll learn customer needs, present product recommendations, and close sales while advancing through ongoing training and store responsibilities.

You can earn between $16.00 and $21.00 per hour plus commissions, with potential total earnings of $65,000 to $75,500 annually.

Qualifications

• One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a schedule provided four weeks in advance.
• Openness to pick up additional shifts to increase income, especially during peak months.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Close sales by using strong communication to match customers with ideal tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and take on merchandising/inventory duties as needed.
• Engage with the community at Verizon-sponsored events to grow the customer base.
