Job summary

Verizon is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow career potential in our store network. You will engage customers with cutting-edge technology, uncover needs, present product insights, and close sales with clear communication.

You’ll also participate in training and help with merchandising and inventory. This role offers base pay from $16 to $21 per hour, plus commissions up to $18,000 annually, with top performers earning $65,000–$75,500 depending on location and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of relevant experience recommended.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; schedule known 4 weeks ahead.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and customer service.
• Identify customer needs by asking questions and building connections.
• Recommend product insights and provide top-down sales solutions.
• Close sales using strong communication to meet customer needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and assist with merchandising and inventory.
