FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Hickory, NC to greet customers, assist with sales and loans, and explain terms. You will help process transactions and maintain a welcoming sales floor.

The position offers $13.00 - $16.00 per hour plus commission up to 8%, with benefits including earned wage access after day 2, employee discounts, and tuition reimbursement. A flexible schedule and eligibility for 401(k) after 6 months are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
