The position includes assisting customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries, handling pawn and loan paperwork, and maintaining a clean sales floor. Qualified candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, and flexible to weekend/holiday shifts.

• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
