Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to help customers, explain pawn and loan services, and process sales on the floor. You’ll work with a variety of merchandise and earn commission on top of your hourly wage.

The role offers competitive hourly pay of $14.00–$18.00 plus up to 8% commission, eligible benefits, earned wage access after day 2, and employee discounts from day one. Flexible hours and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
