FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a customer‑focused Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Charlotte. In this role you’ll help customers, handle pawn and short‑term loan services, and assist with sales and product inquiries.

Most stores open 9AM–6PM with Sundays off in many locations. Earn commission on top of hourly pay, access earned wage, and enjoy employee discounts from day one. We offer benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) auto‑enrollment after 6

Qualifications

• Customer-focused sales experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and handling paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately per guidelines and compliance.
• Evaluate merchandise condition and value to support buying/selling decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Assist with basic opening/closing tasks and store operations.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
