FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Hickory, NC. Earn $13.00–$16.00 per hour plus unlimited commission; enjoy generous benefits, employee discounts, and paid time off in a customer‑facing role with pawn/loan services.

You will greet customers, explain loan terms, process sales and loans, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with a variety of merchandise, including firearms in FFL locations (certification provided).
• Strong customer service and teamwork mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with retail checkout systems is a plus.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and process paperwork for pawn and short-term loans.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately per guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise condition and value for buys and loans.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks.
• Complete required training and follow policies.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
