You’ll earn $13.00–$16.00 per hour plus unlimited commission, with benefits like earned wage access, employee discounts, and more. Flexible schedules apply, with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work with a variety of merchandise; firearms in FFL locations require certification.
• Strong customer service and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately following guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
