Job summary

FirstCash Holdings Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our pawn store team. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and contribute to customer satisfaction on both lending and retail sides.

The role offers an hourly wage ($13.50–$16.50) with potential commission up to 8% of transactions, plus benefits and Earned Wage Access after onboarding. Prior experience in retail or cash handling is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales and loan transactions.
• Maintain clean and stocked sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per policies and regulations.
• Explain pawn and buy transaction legalities to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork on shift.
