Tempur Sealy is seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator to support field sales and store operations across our retail network. You will coordinate user accounts, store signage, vendor setup, and various office tasks, acting as a central resource for stores.

The role requires 3+ years in retail operations or related fields, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail systems like Dynamics or POS tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail operations, sales operations, or related field.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across functions.
• Problem-solving skills with ability to review reports and coordinate solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Dynamics or POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central resource for field sales support and admin requests.
• Troubleshoot user setup, access and configuration issues across retail systems.
• Coordinate account setup for financing platforms, CRM, and new stores.
• Set up and maintain online applications used by the retail channel.
• Manage Bonfire admin tasks and store-level tech issues.
• Coordinate signage kits, ordering, shipping and tracking.
• Support new store openings and renovations with materials logistics.
• Manage store support requests via Zendesk and route to teams.
• Coordinate AR issues between field teams and AR group.
• Process AP submissions and general ledger coding; manage FedEx billing.
• Coordinate vendor and store utilities setup and ongoing support.
• Manage fleet vehicle admin processes and documentation.
• Obtain and distribute insurance certificates and licenses.
• Coordinate occupancy permits, fire monitoring, and related records.
• Provide sales receipt information to stores and other support requests.
• Maintain POP Shop items and store records across systems.
• Process physical mail and route to appropriate departments.
• Organize and maintain closeout paperwork and documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational needs.
