Tempur Sealy is seeking a Project Coordinator to ensure order accuracy and coordinate between Sales, customers, and manufacturing to support timely order execution. The role requires proactive communication and meticulous data handling in ERP systems.

Key duties include monitoring backorders, entering delivery schedules 3-4 weeks before delivery, maintaining ERP data, handling BOLs, and coordinating with Sales and customers to resolve issues that affect delivery and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Coordinate between Sales, customers, and manufacturing to ensure smooth order flow.
• Maintain proactive communication and accurate order status updates.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily backorder reports and communicate availability to Sales and customers.
• Enter delivery schedules into ERP 3-4 weeks prior to the first scheduled delivery date.
• Maintain accurate delivery contact and location data in ERP.
• Distribute Delivery Schedules and questionnaires to manufacturing and coordinate resolutions with Sales and customers.
• Ensure all order holds and issues are resolved before scheduling deliveries.
• Close completed orders and verify invoicing for all line items.
• Maintain current order information in tracking systems with updates and revisions.
• Research and resolve delivery discrepancies and invoicing issues with relevant teams.
• Provide Bills of Lading (BOLs) to customers on request.
• Maintain proactive communication regarding order status and potential delivery changes.
