Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Sales Floor Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales on the shop floor. You will greet customers, assist with product finds, and collaborate with teammates to keep displays fresh and inviting.

You'll help with inventory, restocking, and implementing visual merchandising while supporting omnichannel tasks and store operations. Prior retail experience and strong communication are a plus.

Responsibilities
