Job summary

My Wireless is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales performance. You will supervise daily store operations, hire and train staff, and coach for strong KPIs while maintaining a high standard of store appearance and compliance.

You will recruit, retain, and develop your team to meet location goals, with opportunities for growth in a fast-growing national retailer.

Qualifications

• 1 year of management experience in a similar field.
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location).
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in telecommunications (Preferred).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team to deliver an extraordinary customer experience and exceed sales targets.
• Oversee daily store operations including hiring, scheduling, development, and coaching.
• Build and maintain client base through ethical, customer-centric practices.
• Partner with AT&T Signature team to hold community events and promote store goals.
• Maintain store safety and merchandising aligned with company standards.
