Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a service-oriented Sales Manager to support a team of Retail Advisors in creating the best glasses-shopping experiences. You will engage with customers, contribute to process improvements, and lead daily planning and team meetings in a high-energy retail environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of management experience in retail, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset to drive top performance and an inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with at least 1 year in a management role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service focus.
• Experience managing sales floor operations in a complex, customer-focused retailer.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers.
• Own troubleshooting for the point-of-sale system and oversee store inventory management.
• Develop processes that improve customer service and shopping experiences.
• Lead daily zoning schedules, open and close the store, and run shift meetings.
• Direct a team of 8–10 team members and participate in biannual performance reviews.
