Job summary

Responsibilities include coaching Customer Experience, managing MOD coverage, and overseeing POS/Self-Checkout, BOPIS, and delivery services while driving loyalty program adoption and in-store events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and selling behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure adherence to policies, store conditions and results.
• Coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain operational continuity.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Supervise events such as balloons, birthday parties and in-store programs.
