• Lead and coach adherence to SOPs and company programs
• Ensure execution of policies, standards, store conditions and results
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions
• Drive loyalty program enrollment and omni-channel services
• Support BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution
• Train and develop team across departments
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction
