Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of store sales associates to meet sales and profit goals.
• Develop selling standards aligned to company strategy and model a high-performing sales culture.
• Manage store opening/closing and ensure exceptional guest experience.
• Provide insights on offers, assortment and selling process to drive success.
• Build and manage P&L supporting strategic and operational decisions.
