Job summary

The Tile Shop in Houston, TX is seeking a sales leadership professional to build and guide a high-performing team of sales associates in our tile showroom across a range of porcelain, glass, ceramic and natural stone products.

You will train staff, greet customers, and drive tile-related sales while ensuring outstanding service and efficient store operations. Weekend availability is required and a passion for design and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years retail management experience.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and motivate a sales team.
• Weekend availability.
• Strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.
• Learn and grow from feedback.
• Lead with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Sense of design: combine styles, colors and textures.

• Previous related field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules for Associates and Warehouse Personnel.
• Maintain inventory accuracy.
