Job summary

My Wireless is an AT&T Authorized National Retailer seeking a Retail Store Manager to coach and develop a high-performing team while delivering best-in-class customer service. You will hire, schedule, and coach staff to achieve sales targets and oversee day-to-day store operations, including community events and merchandise presentation.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, coaching ability, and a commitment to excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in retail or similar field required.
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual preferred (location dependent).
• Retail or telecom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team members into successful Retail Sales Associates.
• Lead training to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Hire, schedule, develop, and coach staff for strong store operations.
• Achieve location goals by driving KPIs and sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and proper merchandising.
