You will oversee front‑end and service operations, ensure SOP compliance, manage POS and Self‑Checkout, drive omni‑channel services such as BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, promote the Loyalty Rewards Program, and guide departments from the Knit & Sew Shop to Custom Framing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to supervise front-end and service operations.
• Comfort with POS and checkout technology.
