You will champion SOPs, KPI achievement, and efficient day-to-day execution while ensuring compliance and consistent brand standards in all store activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations to ensure brand standards and selling behaviors.
• Coach and develop team through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Support MOD coverage and maintain store conditions and results.
• Drive omni-channel execution including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Promote loyalty programs and protection plan offerings.
