The Michaels Companies in Roswell, GA is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising execution and store operations.

You will lead in-stock, planograms, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution while ensuring a customer-ready environment and strong workload planning with the store leadership team.

You will coach and develop team members, uphold SOPs, and partner with leaders to optimize assets and shrink reduction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards; hold team accountable.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Oversee truck execution and merchandising flow to sales floor.
• Plan workload and prioritize daily tasks with store leadership.
• Manage in-stock optimization and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual standards.
• Ensure price changes, promotions, and signage are accurate.
