Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure legal compliance.
Ensure execution of policies, standards, and store conditions.
Coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
Oversee Balloons, birthday party operations, and in-store programs.
Promote Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention and visits.
Drive sales and omni-channel service, including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
Support Asset Protection and reduce shrink.
