• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and company programs.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee BOPIS and Same Day Delivery and omni-channel service.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program.
• Drive sales and operational excellence in the Knit & Sew Shop.
• Train and develop team through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
