Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure SOP adherence and Company programs.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee key store programs (Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, Custom Framing) and omni-channel initiatives (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program and protection plans.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
