JM Wireless - NC Tryon St & Eastway - RSM - Metro by T-Mobile in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Retail Sales Manager to lead a sales team and drive wireless solutions for customers.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage schedules, and push for strong store performance while maintaining a customer-first approach. Compensation includes an aggressive, twice-a-month commission plan and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in business, marketing or management or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years' experience in retail sales management (wireless industry preferred).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train top-tier sales talent.
• Foster a high-performance culture through motivation, coaching, and feedback.
• Conduct performance evaluations and guide team development.
• Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Drive store sales and achieve or exceed performance goals.
• Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Acquire and maintain customers; empower team to upsell and close.
• Lead weekly staff meetings and set sales goals.
• Model effective upselling and account activation strategies.
