JM Wireless in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to join a fast-paced wireless team. You’ll greet customers, demonstrate devices and plans, and guide them to the best solutions while delivering exceptional service.

In this role you’ll participate in ongoing training, pursue sales targets, and may leverage bilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base. The compensation includes base earnings and uncapped commissions with payments twice a month.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to learn about wireless devices and plans.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm to identify wireless needs.
• Demonstrate devices, plans, and accessories to inform and excite customers.
• Promote upgrades, activations, and add-ons to hit sales targets.
• Assist customers with device setup and troubleshooting for a smooth experience.
• Stay informed on promos, trends, and new products.
• Provide top-tier customer service and build customer loyalty.
