JM Wireless - NC The Plaza & Starhaven - RSM - Metro by T-Mobile in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Retail Sales Manager to lead a vibrant wireless sales team and elevate the customer experience every day.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, set performance goals, manage scheduling, and drive store sales with an uncapped commission structure paid twice a month.

This full-time role requires flexibility, bilingual abilities, and a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree with course work in business, accounting, marketing or management.
• 1-2 years’ experience in retail sales management (wireless industry preferred)
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable Transportation
• Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
