JM Wireless - GA Buford NE & Briarwood - RSM - Metro by T-Mobile in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead and inspire a dynamic sales team. You will recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff; drive store performance; and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced wireless environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in retail sales management (wireless industry preferred).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Availability for flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train top-tier sales talent.
• Foster a high-performance culture through motivation, coaching, and feedback.
• Drive store sales and achieve performance goals.
• Manage staff scheduling and peak-hour coverage.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory, and store appearance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures; manage cash handling and POS transactions.
• Develop and implement upselling, cross-selling, and activation strategies.
