Job summary

Vita Coco is seeking a Retail Sales Manager for the Metro NY market, ideally based in Brooklyn. You will lead retail efforts to achieve revenue, depletion, distribution and execution goals for Top 100 accounts, reporting to the Market Manager and coordinating with distributors.

You will drive in-store execution, displays, and sell‑through, organize programs, and manage POS materials with both internal and distributor teams, while building strong retailer partnerships.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of field sales/retail execution experience in CPG or beverage sectors.
• Proven ability to drive in-store execution (distribution, display, shelf set).
• Able to manage Top retail accounts and liaise with District Managers.
• Experience using CRM/sales tools to build call history and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans to execute all sales objectives in your territory.
• Lead innovation launches and drive retailer excitement.
• Organize retail programs and prioritize with distributors.
• Execute market blitzes and provide market insights.
• Sell displays and optimize sell-through with on-site teams.
• Oversee point-of-sale materials for internal and distributor partners.
• Maintain relationships with District Managers and conduct business reviews.
