Job summary

Vita Coco seeks a Retail Sales Manager for Boston, MA. This field role focuses on growing revenue, depletion, distribution, and execution with Top 100 accounts.

You will lead territory plans, drive retail programs, and coordinate with distributors to optimize shelf sets and display standards. You will report to the Market Manager, managing education and execution across key retailers while traveling regularly within the market.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of field sales, retail execution, or account management in CPG/beverage/DSD environments.
• Experience with distributor partners and retail customers.
• Proven ability to drive in-store distribution, display and shelf set improvements.
• Comfort engaging with Top retail accounts and District Managers.
• Experience using sales/execution tools such as CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans to meet sales objectives in your territory.
• Lead launches and create excitement for new products in stores.
• Organize retail programs and coordinate with distributors.
• Execute market blitzes and provide market insights.
• Sell displays and optimize sell-through with on-site teams.
• Maintain PO S standards and materials for accounts.
• Use CRM to build call history and track wins.
